NYANDARUA COUNTY 2015/2016 FINANCE BILL PUBLIC PARTICIPATION ( Time and Location)

Nyandarua county Government is inviting the public to participate in drafting year 2015/2016 Finance Bill. Public participation will enable the resident of Nyandarua county to voice their will rather than go slow experienced last finacial year, where business operators in the county refused to pay increased taxes, only to claim the government did not involving them in changes.

Now its another time! Let us all conven at designated areas and give our say its our county and its also our responsibility to guide it in the right direction.

Pursuant to Articles10 (2) (a), 196(1) (b) and 201 (a) of the Constitution of Kenya and Section 132 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 which provides for the Public Participation in matters of public finance. In this regard, the Finance and Economic Planning Department of County Government of Nyandarua invites the people of Nyandarua and all the relevant stakeholders for Public Participation in the preparation of the Nyandarua County Finance Bill 2015/2016 and Annual Development Plan 2016/2017 on the dates and venues as per the schedule below.

The draft Finance Bill 2015/2016 can be accessed  at Sub-County Administrators’ offices or online at www.nyandarua,go.ke

Stakeholders can forward their views to HON NDERI NDIANI EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBER- FINANCE AND ECONOMIC PLANNING NYANDARUA COUNTY or through email info@nyandarua.go.ke so as to be received not later than 25th August, 2015.
